St. Pete Beach Cleanup – September 11, 2022

This cleanup, the troop paired with the organization Keep Pinellas Beautiful who provided us with the garbage bags, gloves and a garbage grabber to collect trash along St. Pete Beach, which one would think that others pick up after themselves before leaving a place, however, sadly they do not.  This is the troop’s second cleanup at St. Pete Beach this year and it’s astounding to see how much litter people leave behind them on the beach, but I will say that our trash collection this time around was nothing compared to our first cleanup, which is definitely a positive thing to see while doing service hours within your community.
