For this campout, the scouts had the opportunity to get an up close and personal experience to the racing activities that kickoff the motorsport season. This event allowed the scouts to walk part of the track and pit lane at the Daytona International Speedway, sign their names on the start/finish line of the track, meet the drivers as well as team members that are in the race and go fishing on the lake located in the middle of the infield. Lastly, they also got to watch the cars race around the track either in the stands or from their campsite, which was an amazing sight to see!
