Egmont Key – August 27, 2022

For this summer adventure, the troop took a beautiful hour ferry ride to Egmont Key, which is the only way to access this secluded beach and wildlife refuge that also houses historic sites.  Once they arrived at their destination, they had the opportunity to swim, explore fort ruins, hang out with some of the wildlife that inhabits the island and they also got a surprise tour of a closed museum; such a fun busy day they had.
