Blue Springs Campout-April 22-24-2022

Knock Knock! Who’s there? Hoo. Hoo who?  Can you guess one of the animals that this troop had the pleasure of befriending on this campout?  If you said owl, you are correct and he became their second winged mascot for the weekend, but have no fear the flamingo is still the number one troop mascot overall and the troop was pleasantly surprised when they sighted two flamingos parading in their wet suits, those flamingos sure do pop in when you least expect it.  I jest, the flamingo sighting turned out to be two scouts who were posing as their favorite scout spirit animal, who knew that these scouts were so talented?  If birds are not exciting enough for you, the scouts also had a rare opportunity of swimming with a manatee that decided to join in with all the fun and laughter that this troop brings with them regardless of where they are or what activity they are participating in.  Cannot wait to see what this troop gets into on their next adventure, I am sure there will be lots of laughs and funny pictures that capture their bond as they move along together in this program.
